The St. Paddy’s Southern Sipper is a riff on the Irish Car Bomb. Ideally, serve it alongside a good solid chocolate stout, but even on its own, it’s a great sipping drink.
St. Paddy’s Southern Sipper
1.5 oz Baileys
1.5 oz Four Roses bourbon
3-4 chocolate mint leaves
4 dashes aztec chocolate bitters
Shake all ingredients and double-strain over ice ball in rocks glass.
Garnish with sprig of chocolate mint.
Optional: Rim glass with cocoa powder.
