The Moscow Mule has enjoyed a tremendous resurgence over the past decade, and with only three ingredients, this drink couldn’t be simpler to make and serve quickly:

2 oz vodka
.5 oz lime juice
4-6 oz ginger beer

Stir ingredients with crushed ice and serve!
